The Technology

What is a Digital Twin?

A Virtuu Digital Twin is not a 360 photo gallery. It is a high-performance Spatial Operating System for your property.

Total Immersion

Standard photography limits the view to a frame. We provide a 100% field of vision, allowing guests to inspect the luxury finishes of your villa floors or the architectural height of your ceilings.

Spatial Navigation

Using floorplan telemetry, we allow guests to virtually walk between areas of interest on the property, intuitively understanding the scale before arrival.

Conversion Nodes

We embed "Action Nodes" into the 3D space. A guest can click a poolside lounge to view the cocktail menu or click a "Book Now" button to finalise their stay instantly.

Virtuu Imagery operates on a fully decentralized cloud infrastructure. While our physical capture requires on-site travel to project locations (Vietnam, Indonesia, Europe), our post-production and development workflows are executed remotely.

This flexibility allows our team to construct virtual tours, process gigapixel imagery, and manage digital twin assets from any global location with high-speed internet access.

  • Strobe-Balanced Capture

    Unlike instant 360 cameras, we use high-powered active lighting to balance the dark interiors with the bright sun, pulling the exterior view into the room.

  • Interactive Popups

    Embedded "Info-Spots" allow guests to click on features (e.g. coffee machines, bedding types) to view high-res photos, videos, or menus.

  • Navigation Hotspots

    Strategically placed spatial markers allow guests to "walk" naturally between rooms or facilities, providing a physical sense of layout and scale.

  • Direct Booking Deep-Links

    Call-to-action buttons integrated into the 3D space. One click takes the guest directly to the specific room category on your booking engine.
